PLACING AN ORDER

Ready to order? Placing an order from the online catalog is quick and easy to do!

Browse the storefront to see which products you are interested in--we have hundreds of products available! Be sure to click on the ITEM DESCRIPTION for two reasons: 1.) To see a bigger picture, and 2.) To display the minimum quantity needed to order AND to see the DISCOUNT PRICING available for that item. When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, decide how many units of the item you want, then click the icon that says "ADD TO CART". The item number, description, and price of the item will be displayed. Enter the quanitity you want in the quantity field (remember--you must order at least the minimum that is listed!) Click on the icon that says "UPDATE SUBTOTAL" and the shopping cart will calculate your extended total. NOTE: if you are ordering enough of an item to earn a quantity discount, the shopping cart will automatically lower the price and calculate the subtotal for you after you click "UPDATE SUBTOTAL". Click "KEEP SHOPPING" to continue your search for more merchandise. Repeat this process until you are finished adding items to the order, then simply click "CHECK OUT" and the shopping cart will prompt you to complete the order form with your company name, address, telephone numbers, and payment information. All of our merchandise is for RESALE purposes only and orders must contain your resale tax identification number.

PAYMENT TERMS

For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. If you are paying for your order with a credit card and all information has been submitted to us with your order, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Should you wish to prepay your order using a company check, money order, cashier's check, or by wire transfer, please notify our office directly by calling (417) 334-0988 or by emailing us at Sales@HenryBrandt.com. We would be glad to provide you with any information needed to complete the transaction. All payments must be submitted in US Dollars (US$). These orders will be held for an additional 7-10 working days to allow for financial institution clearing time. Upon confirmation from the issuing bank, the order will be released for shipment.


SHIPPING

Depending on the size and weight of your order, United Parcel Service and select LTL carriers will be utilized. Since shipping charges will be paid by the customer; we will use the customer's choice of carrier (if notated) or our best quote. All LTL shipments will be sent COLLECT (no COD's); United Parcel Service charges will be added to your invoice and billed to your credit card.

Parcel Post Shipments: We would be happy to accomodate your requests to ship via US Parcel Post. A handling charge of $10.00 per box shipped (in addition to actual shipping charges) will be assessed.

The minimum order is $100.00

All orders are FOB Kirbyville, Missouri 65679. All merchandise is subject to prior sale. Sizes and item descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for any misinterpretations or loss due to the content of this site. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individual or corporate entity. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (US$). Restrictions on the sale of select product may apply; these items will be notated as such in the item description.

Any cancelled orders will incur a 25% restocking fee!

All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our facility in perfect condition. Claims should be made to the delivering carrier and notated on the bill of lading or other delivery documents at the time of receipt.
